What kind and style of work do you do ?

At first glance, everything is possible, if this is not the case, I will inform you after your request.

What image quality should I send ?

The best and largest size possible. If you send me a picture of too poor quality, unfortunately it is possible that I will reply that the work is not feasible. Know that the quality you send me will be the quality you will receive. It is impossible to increase the quality of a photo (in particular for the possibilities of printing and enlarging afterwards).

What if I don't have pictures but I have an idea ?

Well, being a photographer for many years, it is possible to take a photo session at home or outside for the realization of your final project (only in the Liège (Belgium) region and for an extra charge of 200 €).

How long does it take to receive my photo ?

The processing time is a minimum of two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), from the moment the photo has been sent and payment made. It all depends on the extent of the work to be done. You will be notified in advance of the exact time frame.

Can you guarantee the confidentiality of the images ?

Yes, absolutely. Your images remain confidential and are seen only by me (I work alone).

I have several different requests regarding my photo, what should I do ?

Just mention it when you order. If you have a precise vision of what you want, the more clear and precise information you give, the better you will be satisfied.

My mom would also like a copy, is it more expensive ?

No, the price remains the same. When the creation is done, you receive it in digital form by email. This means that you will only pay once. You are free to make prints or other for grandparents, godfather, godmother… as long as it remains in a family purpose and not commercial.

Do you send the photos by post ?

No, this is a 100% digital service. You send me your basic photo and I provide you with the final image via a download link. I don't do any printing, so there is no mailing.

How can I order ?

Why can't I pay immediately when I place my order? ?

I prefer to make sure of the feasibility of your order before asking you to pay. That way, you don't risk paying unnecessarily and then having to wait for a refund if the work proves to be unfeasible. If I ask you to pay, it means that the work is doable.

How do I pay for my order ?

After analysis of your request, I will send you a payment link. Payment must be made before your order can be processed.

What payment methods are accepted ?

To allow you to pay easily and securely, I use Mollie which supports all the usual payment methods. For example, you can use Bancontact in Belgique, CB in France, Visa, MasterCard… or even PayPal.

Can I pay in a currency other than EUR € ?

Yes. I use Mollie to receive money. Mollie allows you to pay in other currencies and automatically takes care of the conversion.
